Connecting to your Microsoft Exchange account (web client and Desktop App)
- On the web client and Desktop App, click your user name, and then click Settings.
- Click the Extensions tab.
- Locate the Microsoft Exchange extension, and then click Connect.
- Select an Authentication method from the drop-down menu
To determine the version of Exchange that your account connects to, do the following: With Microsoft Outlook running, press and hold CTRL while you right-click the Outlook icon in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar. Click Connection Status. Move the horizontal slider all the way to the right.
